Matt is a multi-instrumentalist musician, writer and artist. Cardiff-based, Matt is a prolific and versatile songwriter, producer and composer, capable of writing across different genres and producing to brief.

 

Matt works closely with song writing duo Arcades (BTS, TXT, Jimin, SHINee) and has co-writes with Lauv, Sean Douglas, Nicky Youre, AJ Mitchell, Pdogg, Ghstloop, Ilan Rubin and many more.

 

Matt has co-written 'Another Level' for BTS member JIN's album ‘Happy’ (Big Hit/HYBE), and Peder Elias’ track ‘When I’m Still Getting Over You’, featured on his 2022 album ‘Love & Loneliness’, achieving a x7 Platinum status in South Korea. He has been working on JIN's new album 'Echo' due out on Big Hit on May 16th.

As well as working with artists and producers, Matt also makes entrance music for Professional Wrestlers under his alias Hot Tag Media Works, with track placements on some of the biggest Wrestling networks (WWE, AEW) as well as performances in venues such as the Tokyo Dome and Maddison Square Garden.

 

Matt's music has been placed in ads for brands such as Apple and the NHS, and video games The Crew Motorfest and Clash of Clans live event.
